The Local | Noise Reduction & Smoothing tool has new min and max brightness range apply to sliders. A a new feather range slider has also be added for very fine blending of the min max range smoothed data into the image data outside of the min-max range. Min-max and feather range are tracked by the process history undo and redo list.
